The Gender Equality Plan of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University was created with the aim of implementing a policy at the university aimed at eliminating discrimination on any grounds, raising the awareness of the employees of the Chernivtsi National University about possible violations of their rights and freedoms, as well as creating for all participants of the educational process of the same conditions for success in the academic environment.
