Ukrainian-German Academic Matchmaking

Target group: Representatives of higher education and research institutions from Germany and Ukraine interested in professional cooperation
 
The DAAD Centre of International Academic Cooperation (KIWi) and the DAAD Information Centre Kyiv cordially invite you to a moderated virtual matchmaking event with several thematic breakout rooms on 11 December 2024.

Objective: Cooperation in the field of education and research activities, curriculum development and knowledge transfer is of great value to institutions in Germany and Ukraine. The planned matchmaking event is designed to help you to make initial contacts, enter into a professional exchange, network and explore potential areas of cooperation.

Format: The focus of the entire event is on matchmaking. There will be no initial presentations by experts, but you will have the opportunity to present yourself and your scientific interests in one of the breakout rooms corresponding to your field of expertise, to exchange ideas with colleagues and to make contacts. We want to encourage your active participation! The event will conclude with a summary and a short presentation of funding opportunities offered by the DAAD.

Registration: Please register by 4 December 2024 at the latest using the link.

Please answer the questions on your profile as completely as possible when registering. Your data will be transferred to the event app, where the profiles of all registered participants are visible and will remain in the app for three months after the event.

After the 4th of December 2024, you will receive access to the event app (available via mobile phone and PC), which will be the platform for the event. You will need to log in and, in the next step, check and complete your profile. The event will take place via Teams on this app.
