We are pleased to share an exciting funding opportunity for Ukrainian universities to collaborate with Lithuanian partners under the Lithuanian-Ukrainian Programme Call for Project Proposals (2026-2027). This initiative, led by the Research Council of Lithuania (RCL), aims to foster joint research in key areas vital to both countries.

Eligibility: Researchers with a PhD, affiliated with institutions in both Lithuania and Ukraine.
