Conference themes

This is an international conference that examines recent developments and prospects for the evolution of comparative law and international law. Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of three sections:

• Comparative public law
• Comparative private law 
• International law

The Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.

The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee.

Venue

The Conference will be conducted online on Zoom.

Indexing

The conference is indexed in CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS CITATION INDEX CLARIVATE ANALYTICS.

Publications
 
The scientific papers accepted at the conference will be published in:

• in partner journals of the Conference indexed in WEB OF SCIENCE CLARIVATE ANALYTICS and in SCOPUS: Juridical Tribune-Review of Comparative and International Law, Cadernos de Dereito Actual, Lex Humana, Studia Iuridica Lublinensia, Access to Justice in Eastern Europe (AJEE), International Journal of Business Governance and Ethics, Acta Juridica Hungarica.
• in volumes edited by publishing houses with an international reputation in Social Sciences (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Peter Lang International Academic Publishers, ADJURIS – International Academic Publisher) and indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Clarivate Analytics (Thomson Reuters).
• in partner journals of the Conference indexed in international databases, recognized for juridical and administrative sciences (Scopus, Ebsco, HeinOnline, CEEOL, ProQuest, ERIH Plus, WorldCat, Doaj, IndexCopernicus, RePEc): Perspectives of Law and Public Administration, European Review of Public Law, Central and Eastern European Legal Studies, International Investment Law Journal.

Discounts on the participation fees
 
The professors of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and the members of the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences receive discounts between 20 and 25% of the participation fee at the conference. For details click here.

Deadlines

• June 6, 2024: submitting the registration form. The registration form can be completed either with the title and abstract of the scientific paper which will be submitted at the Conference or with the option to attend the debate, without the submission of a scientific paper. • June 8, 2024: sending full text of scientific paper in English. Download here the template for scientific papers.
• June 10, 2024: confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference.
• June 12, 2024: Conference participation fee.
