За інформацією Посольства Румунії в Україні, отриманою нотою від 25.04.2025 № 967, за підтримки Міністерства економіки, цифровізації, підприємництва та туризму Румунії оголошено про початок прийому заявок на отримання 40 стипендій для іноземних громадян на 2025–2026 навчальний рік. 

Детальну інформацію щодо стипендії, переліку необхідних документів, встановлених форм та термінів їх подання розміщено за покликанням.  

Водночас звертаємо увагу на те, що відповідно до пункту 26 Правил перетинання державного кордону громадянами України, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.01.1995 № 57, виїзд з України чоловіків віком 18–60 років – здобувачів фахової передвищої та вищої освіти, асистентів-стажистів, аспірантів та докторантів, які навчаються за денною або дуальною формами здобуття освіти, під час дії воєнного стану обмежено. 

 

THE ROMANIAN AGENCY FOR INVESTMENT AND FOREIGN TRADE (ARICE) announces the launch of the file selection process for granting a number of 40 scholarships to foreign citizens to study in Romania starting with the 2025-2026 academic year.

Between April 1 and May 15, 2025, 23:59 Romanian time, application files for scholarships awarded by the Romanian state for the academic year 2025 - 2026 will be sent only in electronic format (PDF), to the email address: [email protected].

The files will be sent scanned, only in PDF format, to the mentioned email address, according to the published procedure, the original documents will be presented to the educational institutions where only the selected candidates will undergo training.

The ARICE selection committee, appointed according to legal procedures, will select the candidates, based on the documents submitted to the file, by July 31, 2025 at the latest, after which it will publish the result of this intermediate selection stage on the institution's website. 

The final decision to award scholarships will be made by the Ministry of Education and Research, based on its own selection criteria, with the final results of the selection process being announced on the ARICE website and communicated by email to the selected candidates.

The Ministry of Education, through the General Directorate of International Relations and European Affairs, will issue the Letters of Acceptance/Enrollment Orders, as appropriate, by the start of the 2025-2026 academic year.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete files or files submitted after the deadline of May 15, 2025, 23:59 Romanian time, will not be considered.
