Education Exchanges Support Foundation offers to attend Lithuanian language and culture winter courses for students, lecturers, researchers from all foreign countries (except citizens of Russia and Belarus), and foreigners of Lithuanian origin from all foreign countries.

These courses are not available for holders of C1 or higher levels of Lithuanian language and native speakers.

NOTE: Candidates can only take advantage of the scholarship for a maximum of 3 times in total (starting from 2017 summer courses). Candidates who have already received 3 scholarships for this activity will not be considered.

In winter 2025, Lithuanian language and culture courses will be organised at 4 higher education and research institutions (NOTE: candidates can apply to one institution only if the candidate applies to more than one institution, all applications will be rejected as non-eligible):

• Klaipėda University
• Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore
• Vilnius University
• Vytautas Magnus University
