The rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years has brought about significant changes in various areas of our professional world, such as business, medicine, education, and art.

In 2025, BAYHOST is once again organising an Alumni Academy in cooperation with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (THD). The Alumni Academy is designed for former students of THD, BAYHOST, and BTHA (Bavarian-Czech Academic Agency) as well as alumni of all Bavarian HEIs from Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe.

Alumni from all disciplines are eligible to apply. Participation requires applicants to have spent at least three months at a German university.

The academy will take place from 16 to 20 July 2025, in Deggendorf. The academy languages are German and English.

Application Deadline: April 14, 2025.

The Alumni Academy is financially supported by the DAAD with funds from the German Foreign Office. Costs for accommodation, meals, and the program are covered, and travel grants are available.
