The Secretariat of GUAM (Secretary General of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development) shares information on scholarship programmes at ADA University.

ADA University is a public university offering undergraduate and graduate degree programmes. They offer undergraduate and graduate programmes through the School of Public and International Affairs, School of Business, School of Agriculture, School of Design and Architecture, School of IT and Engineering, and School of Education. 

Every year ADA University hosts a diverse group of international students from different countries around the globe. Currently, 207 international students representing 49 countries are pursuing their bachelor's and master's degrees at ADA University. The institution offers different financial aid options to international students. They have active partnerships with 146 reputable universities worldwide. This year, ADA is planning to increase recruitment and outreach activities to attract more international students.

All international students may apply for the ADA University International Fellowship named after Alimardan Bay Topchubashov which offers tuition, accommodation, yearly medical insurance coverage and a monthly stipend.
