PhD students, scientists and academic teachers are invited to participate in the "PROM – Short-Term Academic Exchange" Programme. The programme is funded by the European Union under the project titled "Short-Term Academic Exchange as a Method to Improve the Quality of Education in Higher Education and Research Institutions" (Project No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0218/23).

The main objective of the programme implemented by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) is to enhance the skills essential for research and teaching-research roles among academic staff and doctoral students through short-term outgoing and incoming academic exchange opportunities.

If you are interested in conducting a part of your scientific or didactic programme in Poland at KUL, we kindly invite you to familiarize yourself with the information about the PROM Programme – see the website and submit your applications.

The application deadline is 12th January 2025.

The period of implementation of the Programme is: 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025.

If you don't have any appropriate scientist with whom you want to cooperate during your stay at KUL or don't know the event you would like to attend, please contact us. We will try to find the appropriate information.

Currently, we can offer an event at The Institute of Biblical Studies, The Faculty of Theology of KUL, but, unfortunately, all speeches will be conducted in Polish language:
