Activity
The Repair and Maintenance Service is a structural unit of the Administrative Economic Part (AEP) of the university, created to carry out technical maintenance and ongoing repair of all educational buildings, as well as other economic buildings.
In accordance with the above, the Repair and Maintenance Service performs the following main functions:
- ensuring the safe operation of all educational buildings and other economic buildings of the university;
- organization of technical maintenance and ongoing repair of roofs, facades of all buildings and structures;
- drawing up a plan for current and capital repairs, as well as carrying out a number of measures to prepare for the safe operation of buildings in the autumn-winter period;
- participation in the purchase and ordering of necessary materials for repair works according to the latest technologies;
- constant inspection of roofs, as well as the condition of downspouts and gutters;
- constant monitoring of the condition of floors, door and window blocks, work on glazing frames, as well as repair of all types of furniture, installation of student boards;
- participation in liquidation of the consequences of a natural disaster together with other services;
- repair of wooden parts of flat-bed cars, production of wood products for greenhouses.
