Academic mobility projects in the field of higher education
Name of the field: KA1: Learning Mobility (KA1: Learning Mobility of Individuals).
Project type: KA131, KA171. MOBILITY PROJECTS IN THE SPHERE OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS AND STAFF (Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff).
The KA1 direction is aimed at: creating opportunities for individual international mobility of representatives of higher education institutions, in particular:
- for students of all educational levels in all fields of knowledge, participation in mobility is an opportunity to study or do an internship abroad within the framework of studies under the main educational programme at a higher education institution;
- for employees of educational institutions, mobility promotes the exchange of experience and professional growth.
The main requirement of KA1 projects is RECOGNITION OF MOBILITY RESULTS, as well as respect for the principles of inclusiveness in higher education.
The goals of the KA1 direction of international mobility are:
- exchange of knowledge, teaching and research methods, as well as work experience in the European and international environment;
- acquisition and development of communicative and language competences, development of critical thinking, skills in finding and analysing solutions to challenges, improvement of research competences;
- development of digital and green competences;
- promotion of personal development.
