The Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) is a permanent collegial advisory body for the coordination of the activities of all university units, which determines the main directions of scientific and methodological work on issues of increasing the efficiency and quality of higher education and improving the educational process on issues of higher education, scientific foundations of organisation and educational process management, modern technologies, forms and methods of education, improvement of pedagogical skills of scientific and pedagogical workers of the university.
Tasks of the Scientific Advisory Council:       

The Head of the Scientific Advisory Council of the university is the First Vice-rector.
Leading experts and scientists who work at departments and other structural units of the university are involved in the work of the Scientific Advisory Council.
The work of the Council is carried out on the basis of the annual plan.
The regularity of Council meetings is the 3rd Thursday of the month.
In its activities, the Scientific Advisory Council is accountable to the Academic Council of the university. Control over the activities of the Scientific Advisory Council is carried out by the Vice-rector (a person appointed by him) in accordance with the work plans of the scientific and methodical work and internal university control.
