The Faculty of Economics at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University has recently launched a free training programme for IDPs in Chernivtsi and the region. The programme is aimed at socio-economic adaptation, development of business skills and improvement of psychological resilience.
The training will last for 3.5 months and will include lectures, workshops, discussions and consultations. The project is implemented with the support of the EU (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE) in cooperation with European and Ukrainian universities. It aims to increase the sustainability and adaptability of higher education institutions in Ukraine, developing educational programmes and integrating innovative teaching methods. The partners are Nord University (Norway), Kozminski University (Poland), the International Foundation for Social Adaptation and seven Ukrainian universities.
In the first week, the participants, under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Bohdan Storoshchuk mastered the topics of the business model of a market economy, competition and innovation. The classes were held in the format of interactive lectures and practical exercises.
