Representatives of the administrative staff of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University have successfully completed the Intensive Summer English Language Course organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project "International Students Adaptation and Integration/INTERADIS". 

The course consisted of three parts. The first part lasted from June 24 to 28, the second from July 8 to 12, and the final from July 29 to August 2. The course program was designed to meet the specific needs of administrative staff working with international students. The course participants gained valuable knowledge and skills. Special attention was paid to developing oral and written communication skills in English. This will allow the administrative staff to interact more effectively with international students, address their queries, and provide the necessary information. 

Thanks to the participation in this course, the administrative staff of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University will be able to perform their duties more professionally, providing a high level of service and support to international students. This, in turn, will help increase the university's international prestige and attract more students from abroad.
