The purpose and tasks of the project:
Strengthening the capacity of universities in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine to meet the needs of a knowledge-based society and market economy, which is achieved through:
- increasing the compliance of higher education with the current requirements of the market economy;
- reforming the management of universities to promote established partnerships with a wide range of enterprises;
- increasing the level of awareness in society about the advantages of university-industry partnership.
Areas of activity under the project:
- Development of human resources and methodology that will ensure the development of partnerships between universities and enterprises in accordance with European experience.
- Implementation of a new model of partnership between the university and the enterprise, based on mutual responsibility and joint overcoming of risks for mutually beneficial results.
- Creation of Partnership Centres with enterprises at partner universities.
- Creation of a network and web platform of partnership between universities and enterprises.
- Quality assurance and monitoring.
- Dissemination of experience through trainings, seminars and conferences, as well as other events.
- Pilot implementation of services for teachers, scientists, students and industry representatives.
- The structure, management and role of Business Partnership Centres will be offered as an example of an established partnership based on the analysis of the best European experience.
- Partner universities of Armenia, Georgia, and Ukraine will establish Partnership Centers with enterprises with qualified specialists, necessary resources, business plan, development strategies and well-equipped Business Development Laboratories.
- The competency-based learning methodology will be implemented in seven universities in Armenia, Georgia and Ukraine, which will be accompanied by intensive dissemination of project results aimed at raising awareness of the benefits of university-industry partnership.

The purpose and tasks of the project:
- Support for the reform of higher education institutions of Ukraine through the introduction of a general, innovative, politically neutral network of quality assurance and support of the Ecosystem for this network, which guarantees mutual understanding and trust between various participants in national and international processes of quality assurance, as well as making impartial decisions in the process of ensuring the quality of education.
- Provision of organisational, information and technical support for the education quality assurance system, which is based on the "triangle of knowledge": education-innovation-research.
- Provision of a formal, unified education quality assurance system (comprehensive, transparent, unbiased and open to society) covering all universities, quality assurance organisations and other stakeholders.
- Development of a portal that will host the Ecosystem to support various existing and new quality assurance processes/systems; training of personnel of universities and other quality assurance organizations.
- Implementation of measures aimed at the development of a culture that recognizes the need for transparency of quality assurance for the general public, the use of the results of new quality assurance procedures in the practical activities of innovation-oriented universities.
- Training of key participants in the quality assurance process.

- Study of European quality assurance practices.
- Development of a national concept of quality assurance.
- Development of an ontology for the national quality assurance system.
- Development of documentation for the national quality assurance system.
- Study of European experience in IT support for quality assurance.
- Development of a new technology for the creation of a Quality Assurance Portal.
- Preparation of external data for the Portal.
- Pilot implementation of the new Portal.
- Development of documentation for the Portal.
- Training of Ukrainian experts on the application of best European practices in quality assurance.
- Support of new practices.
- New workflows for quality assurance.
- Development of a new regulatory framework for quality assurance.
- Development of personnel retraining.
- Training of key personnel of universities, state and other structures.
- Conducting activities to disseminate project results (seminars/conferences/round tables).
- Creation of a management model for the quality assurance system.
- Achieving political consensus and decision-making regarding the support and implementation of the developed Quality Assurance Ecosystem.
- Development of training materials on new approaches to quality assurance.
- Collection of feedback from interested parties regarding the quality assurance system and its corresponding improvement.
- Carrying out measures to control the quality of project implementation.
Expected results:
- Unified, formal and flexible quality assurance system for Ukrainian universities.
- The National Quality Assurance Portal is based on a distributed, formalised structure.
- Development, approval and adoption of new practices for quality assurance and introduction of training schemes for key personnel of universities, state and other structures.
- Dissemination of project results.
- Development of measures to ensure the sustainability of the project in the future.

The purpose and tasks of the project:
- creation of unions in VN3 related to entrepreneurial activity;
- creation of an international business network of universities, experts, external partners, companies and entrepreneurs;
- reducing the unemployment rate of graduates by supporting young entrepreneurs and creating jobs and internship opportunities in start-ups;
- promoting the active work of alumni and acting as role models for other alumni associations;
- creation of fundraising structures (every VN3 participant must become financially independent at the end of EANET project funding).

- creating a database of potential members;
- drawing up a catalog of key service offers;
- creating a network of graduates;
- connection of university networks;
- organisation of events and offers for services;
- institutionalisation of the network (for example, association/union);
- fundraising (membership fees, sponsorships, donations) to ensure sustainability of project results.
Expected results:
- The partner universities will take over the positive experience of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, the effective model will be used by the universities of the EU member states as well as the partner universities of other countries.
- Creation of a "brain center" for joint further development of the concept.
- Creating a mutually beneficial situation for both young founders and graduate entrepreneurs.
- Interuniversity transgressive network.
- The project aims to create a long-lasting effect, because EAN members are the target group that will provide both free and paid services.

Promoting the recognition of the higher education systems of the countries of the Eastern Partnership – Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Ukraine – through the development and integration of internationalization into the structural and cultural components of higher education management.
Areas of activity under the project:
- Adoption of regulatory documents in higher education institutions regarding promotion of internationalisation in teaching, learning and research.
- Modernised educational programmes are approved by the relevant academic councils.
- Analysis/comments from experts from the EU regarding developed programmes, procedures, curricula.
- Analysis/comments (feedback) from trainees and their supervisors regarding training effectiveness.
- Adoption at the national and university level of quality criteria and measures for internationalisation.
- Reporting on the external evaluation of the internationalisation of universities.
Expected results:
- 15 HEIs from Eastern Partnership countries have improved programmes and procedures for internationalisation in teaching, learning and research.
- 2 academic programmes in 15 universities have been revised to integrate internationalisation and academic exchanges.
- The staff of departments and departments of international relations from 15 universities acquired new skills, attitudes and knowledge.
- Through the implementation of quality criteria and internationalisation measures, the traditions and culture of universities will be strengthened.
