"More about your ChNU"
"More about your ChNU" section was launched with the aim of helping students and prospective students get to know the university better, including its departments, opportunities and the people who shape the educational environment.
First meetings
In the initial phase, the focus was on the heads of the university’s departments and centres. Our reporters spoke with:
Yaroslav Harabazhiv, Head of the Academic Affairs Department — about the specifics of organising the educational process;
Serhii Lukaniuk, Head of the International Relations Department — about student exchanges, grant opportunities and international visits;
Mykhailo Zushman, Director of the Academic Library — on library services, events and participation in international projects;
Dmytro Pavliuk, Head of the Student Culture and Leisure Centre — on the creative life of young people, volunteering and cultural activities.
Change of format
In autumn 2024, the section took on a new focus - introducing prospective students to the faculties and academic and research institutes of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. The aim is to give prospective students an insight into the study programmes, atmosphere and distinctive features of studying at the various faculties.
