The Military Mobilization Department is a structural subdivision of ChNU under the rector.
In its activities, the Department is managed by:
- Laws of Ukraine "On general military duty and military service", "On mobilization training and mobilization", "On the defence of Ukraine";
- the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine;
- Resolution of the CMU dated December 30, 2022 No. 1487 "On approval of the Procedure for the organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts and reservists";
- other regulatory legal acts on military accounting, mobilization work and civil protection;
- the Statute of the University and the Rules of Internal Procedure of the University;
- Decisions of the Academic Council, orders, rector's orders, Regulations on the Department.
