Activity
The Human Resource Department, together with the heads of university departments, ensures the selection and proper placement, use of scientific-pedagogical, scientific, administrative-management, engineering-technical, teaching-support and service personnel in accordance with their educational and business qualities. Organizes staff accounting, reporting on it and storage of established documentation.
The Human Resource Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine, Resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, other central bodies of the executive power of Ukraine, the University Statute, orders and rector's orders.
The Human Resource Department participates in the organization of the university's attestation and competition commissions. Conducts reception of citizens on admission, transfer, dismissal and other issues related to labour activity.
The Student Bureau is a structural subdivision of the Human Resource Department. The Student Bureau includes a sector for career development and assistance in the employment of students and graduates. The activities of the Student Bureau are aimed at promoting the employment of university graduates, realizing the right of students and graduates to work, providing them with their first job, increasing their competitiveness in the labour market, managing the personal affairs of full-time and part-time students, accounting for students of all university faculties.
