A working meeting between Rector Ruslan Biloskurskyi, the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, international stakeholders, and regional authorities took place at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University.

The event was attended by Olha Pishchanska, Chairwoman of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine; Mykhailo Pavliuk, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Council; Roman Hreba, Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration; Virginie Ma-Diupa, Project Manager at Expertise France; Serhiy Kluchka, Deputy Head of the Accounting Chamber; and Ruslana Havryliuk, Head of the Department of Public Law at CHNU.

Discussions centred on public financial accountability, the role of public audits as a tool for community development, and integrating the university’s academic expertise with the practices of financial control and regional administration bodies. The participants also focused on expanding opportunities for further cooperation with the university, public institutions, and international partners.

Rector Ruslan Biloskurskyi emphasised the university’s role in fostering professional dialogue and policy development that combines law and economics expertise with community and state priorities.
