At the beginning of December, at the invitation of the "Pomoc Polakom na Wschodzie" foundation, a delegation of university students: Ivanna, Tiutiunnyk, Yulia Yaremko, Viktoria Matushak, Dmytro Andrienko (Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations), Yulia Ilyin (Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work), and the head of the Department of Educational Work and Humanitarian Education, Larisa Kushnir, took part in an important educational and integration event - Szkoła Rezyliencji Polonijnej (School of Polonius Resilience).

Representatives of the volunteer foundation "Poland Helps": Jerzy Jurczynski, Vito Nadashkiewicz, TACMED instructor Volodymyr Tkalych introduced the basics of first aid and practical advice that can save lives.  Important topics of mine danger, traps and explosives, stories of representatives of the Lviv KORD, trainings on emotional assistance, psychological support from a military psychiatrist and psychotherapist, meetings and art therapy practices from professional directors and actors Małgorzata Kiliańska, Arkadiusz Ziętek, Krzysztof Pacholik became an invaluable experience and deepened the understanding of the need to work and develop in the direction of supporting people who have been injured or have symptoms of PTSD.

A particularly creative atmosphere prevailed at meetings with poet, writer and volunteer Andriy Lyubka, who shared his own experience of helping the army, and Polish pianist Stanisław Łopuszyński. His reflections on culture, war and the role of creativity in difficult times, as well as the importance of inclusion in active volunteer activities in Ukraine, were interesting and useful.

The students gained invaluable experience, primarily in language communication, new acquaintances and the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the algorithm of actions in emergency situations during the war.
