Results of the 2024 CHNU Student Scientific Conference

During April 16-18, the annual Student Scientific Conference was held at CHNU.

Traditionally, the best student reports were presented at the final meeting, which took place on April 18 in the Red Hall of the University. The chairman of the organizing committee of the conference – university rector Roman Petryshyn welcomed the students with a greeting speech; moderator of the event, co-chairman of the organizing committee – Vice-Rector for Research Andrii Samila; the head of the "Humanities" section Pavlo Krainii, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Scientific Work and International Relations, and the head of the "Natural Sciences" section Yana Popiuk, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Geography for Scientific Work, International and Information Policy.

At the meetings of the sections of CHNU institutes and faculties, students presented their scientific achievements in the following thematic areas:

  • Architecture, construction, decorative and applied arts
  • Biological and chemical sciences
  • Geographical sciences
  • Economic field
  • Foreign languages
  • Historical sciences
  • Mathematics and computer science
  • Pedagogical sciences
  • Physical, technical and computer sciences
  • Physical culture and human health
  • Philological sciences
  • Legal sciences

16 students, recommended by the competition commissions of CHNU institutes and faculties, demonstrated the results of their scientific works in the form of interesting and meaningful reports and presentations. All participants of the final meeting received diplomas as participants of the conference and prizes from the University Rectorate.

We congratulate all students and academic leaders on their participation in the conference, receiving awards, and wish them further scientific achievements in glory of their country and alma mater!
