Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University launches its international collaboration within the Erasmus+ SEDWU project during the Kick-off meeting held on December 15-16. The event was hosted by the University of Bayreuth in Germany, bringing together consortium representatives from Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, and Germany to discuss the strategic action plan for the next three years. The YFCNU team joined the discussions remotely, presenting their potential and vision for a future scalable digital document management system within the broader context of higher education transformation.

During the first day, partners focused on the project's conceptual goals and a detailed overview of work packages, including regulatory framework analysis, user needs assessment, and the development of technical standards. Participants discussed the importance of synchronizing Ukrainian processes with European data protection and cybersecurity practices. The second day was dedicated to practical aspects of administration, financial management, and establishing clear roles for each partner in the grant implementation process. This event served as a crucial step for uniting the efforts of all participants and laid a solid foundation for building a modern ecosystem that will enhance university efficiency and autonomy.
