HR School, connecting more than 200 participants, specifically – university and school students, and everyone who is interested in modern approaches to managing human potential, is organized by the Department of Business and Human Resource Management for the fourth time.
Roman Hreshko, Dean of the Faculty, delivered a welcome speech, highlighting the role of HR in transformation processes of business and society. Liubov Vodianka, Head of the Department of Business and Human Resource Management, emphasized the relevance of preparing leaders who are flexible and able to support the teams in terms of modern challenges.
The speakers who shared their experience within the event are as follows:
- Olena Kirichenko (OKKO) – about crisis situations in the career, corporate culture, and working with teams;
- Kateryna Kolubai (Aurora Multimarket) – about motivation, interaction between generations, and value of human capital.
The presentation by Iryna Sahaidak, founder of the NE KHUSTKA brand, who emphasized the role of values in forming a united organizational culture, became an important element of the event. A symbolic gift – a scarf «Bukovynian carpet» – became a symbol of respect to Ukrainian heritage and the profession of HR.
The event ended with the participants being granted certificates. The Faculty of Economics sincerely thanks the team of the Department of Business and Human Resource Management, teachers and students, who took part in organizing and hosting HR School 4.0.
