On September 3, the traditional student occasion “Hello, CHNU” was held on the grounds of the Residence of Bukovinian and Dalmatian Metropolitans. The event brought freshmen and senior students together, becoming a true celebration of new acquaintances and the start the academic year.
The guests had a chance to learn more about the activities of the CHNU Center of Culture and Leisure and enjoy the atmosphere of university life. The entertainment program featured performances by the vocal studio “Rosy,” the trio Sirens, the dance ensemble “Dotyk,” Art Band, and the ensemble “Barvy Karpat.” Modern TikTok activities and contests added a special highlight to the event.
Additionally, the comedy team “NoNames,” the band Life Park, and Danya Graf also took the stage and brought the audience unforgettable emotions.
The event combined entertainment with charity. Students contributed to fundraising in support of the 36th Marine Brigade, where CHNU college lecturer Illya Hudzyk serves. Thanks to their commitment, a total of 4,000 UAH was raised.
The organisers sincerely thank the University Rectorate, the NGO “Ukrainian-German Cultural Society of Chernivtsi,” the Honcharenko Center Chernivtsi, and the Chernivtsi Regional Philharmonic for providing prizes for the charity raffle. Special gratitude goes to the restaurant PRO Meat for preparing delicious burgers for the contest program.
